The health crisis has disrupted our daily lives and led to significant changes in the way we work and in our relationships with our customers.
With the cancellation of our various trade fairs, we have been unable to meet customers and friends, something we have done every year for so many years.
We wanted to show our solidarity with health workers on the front line of this difficult struggle:
- ““United against the virus”: we donated wines to all the departments in the Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Unit of the Haut-Lévêque Cardiological Hospital in the Bordeaux University Hospital in April 2020 during the first lockdown, in partnership with France Fleurs which donated dried flowers. We also offered bottles to all the staff at the Ajoncière Health Centre in Cestas. France Fleurs which donated dried flowers. - “Bordeaux’s vineyards say thank you to carers”: we took part in a big solidarity auction of wines and wine-tourism stays for health carers.
We set up a special offer with free home delivery for orders of more than 6 bottles. This offer, initiated in April 2020, was extended until 31 December 2020, coupled with the 2019 Primeurs. You can thus choose your own case of wine “like at a fair” and benefit from free delivery from 6 bottles (instead of the usual 36). To access our offers, download the order form.
We also offer the “Drive au Château” (pick-up service), which allows you to place an order by email or telephone and collect it yourself, including during lockdowns, in compliance with appropriate barrier measures.
