Château Lafargue Red 2018 – Grand Vin de Pessac-Léognan
Château Lafargue Red 2018 – Grand Vin de Pessac-Léognan
Very beautiful dark, deep, crimson-purple glints of violet. The nose opens with toasted, empyreumatic scents, then notes of black fruit, spices (pepper), with a light sappy note. The attack is rather supple, followed by a good, full-bodied, structured evolution. Very good substance and ripe tannins. Beautiful aromatic complexity on the palate, with the same notes of toast, black fruit and tobacco. This vintage is characterized by smoothness combined with a lovely freshness.
A spectacularly well-balanced, generous, fruit-packed vintage.
Château Lafargue Red 2018 – Grand Vin de Pessac-Léognan is also available in double-magnum and Imperial on request
